Role Summary/Purpose
The Associate Producer will work in the On-Air Promotion department supporting Drama, Comedy, and Alternative Promotions.
Essential Responsibilities
Gather information necessary for completion of network on-air promotion, including: Clip clearance, footage acquisition, music clearance, graphic requests, location of music cues and sound effects, research of stock footage and other outside material, compilation of promo pull reels, promo revisions, dub materials, input of promo scripts, and compilation of press materials.
AVID editing
Interact with other NBC departments and shows to obtain program material and information
Responsible for writing, producing and editing on-air promotional spots and campaigns for the NBC Television network
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
3 years minimum previous experience in Television or Production
Minimum 1 year AVID editing experience
