LabCorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to work between two sites located in Merrillville, IN and Valparaiso, IN. This is a full time, benefited position that will work on 1st shift.

You will perform phlebotomy on patients of all age groups, using the latest technology.Along with patient collection and obtaining specimens for processing, you’ll pack and ship specimens as well as prepare samples. We clean glass of all types from 1 to 3 stories at commercial and residential locations including retail locations, office buildings and malls. While anyone can attempt to clean a window, this job and this company is not for everyone.
We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. Our work week runs 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends. We provide complete training so experience is not necessary but your committed effort is required to master the trade of window cleaning. Also some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. This position will also require sales activities, such as cold-calling clients and prospects.
After your initial training period is completed, you will begin earning “performance-based” wages. These wages average between $9 and $20+ per hour, depending on the skill and effort level of the cleaner. There is an additional opportunity to earn sales and attendance bounses each week. Some customers even tip the window cleaner for superior service.
We provide all equipment and even uniform laundry service. Hoosier Healtheaccess Healthcare and AFLAC are available through a payroll deduction.
If you are an individual with a great work ethic and a desire to succeed, we may be a good fit for you. You will always have work to do because we cross-train into other areas of the company. For instance, our cleaners are cross-trained to sell in the event of changes in the cleaning schedule.
